Eastland Compounding's
head office is situated north of Manchester city
centre close to Manchester City's football
ground and the National Cycling Centre. It is easily accessible
by both public transport and by car.
Arriving
by road
From the North
- Leave the M62 at junction 20 and follow the A627(m) towards
Manchester. The motorway then becomes a dual carriageway (Broadway).
Follow for 4 miles to traffic lights
at a T-junction. Turn right at the lights onto the A62 towards Manchester.
Pass Macdonald's on the right hand side, through 3 sets of traffic
lights. Turn next left onto Ten Acres Lane.
Follow Ten Acres Lane through traffic
lights through a set of bends and under 2 bridges. The road becomes
Bank Street and Eastland Compounding is the first building after
the International Cycling Arena on the right.
From the South
- Follow the M6 North to junction 19 signposted to Manchester.
Turn right at roundabout and follow the A556 North for 5 miles
to another roundabout. Take the third exit onto the M56 for about
8 miles until it becomes the A5103.
Travel a further four miles until
you come to a roundabout. Take the third exit off the roundabout
to a second roundabout. Follow this over (2nd exit) and up the
slip road onto the A57m getting onto the middle or right hand
lane asap. Move into the left lane at the railway bridge to carry
straight through two sets of traffic lights. Immediately after
the second set of traffic lights get into the right hand filter
lane to turn right at 3rd set of traffic lights into Every Street.
Turn right at the end of Every Street
onto Ashton New Road (Olympic Way). After two sets of lights take
the second turning on the left immediately before the Derby Arms
into Bank Street. Eastland Compounding is 200 yards on the left.
